The Application Process Package comes with approximately 15 cumulative hours of counseling. Typically, they're virtual meetings through Zoom, Facetime, Skype, Microsoft Teams or Google. However, they can also be in person, by phone, or through email. It's important to note that with package plans come minor homework assignments that help us cover more ground during our 1-on-1 meetings. Throughout each year, we track your progress to ensure timely advancements are made towards your goals.
The suggested structure and highlights of the plan are as follows; however, we modify accordingly depending on your specific needs and start time.
Junior Year:

Senior Year:
- Finalize balanced list of colleges based on the student’s needs and desires
- Keep students on task to timely complete all components of the college application
- Brainstorm, draft, edit and revise the personal statement and any supplements.
- FInalize cohesive and compelling applications.
- Develop a strategy regarding early action, early decision if applicable
- Evaluate offers of admission and develop a strategy for waitlist and deferral decisions
Depending on when you start, approximately 15 counseling hours gets most students through this plan. Additional hours can be added at a discounted hourly rate to accommodate students with conditions that require extra care and attention.
